ORDER PROCESSING + SHIPPING
Thank you for shopping with us at London Organics. All items ordered and paid for will receive a tracking number and ship USPS within 1 business day unless otherwise noted in the product description. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Orders are typically delivered 3 days from the shipping date, however, may take up to 5 business days to arrive for standard shipping methods. For US domestic orders, we charge a $5 flat rate shipping fee.
We are unable to ship to forwarding addresses. If an order is placed with a forwarding shipping address, that order may be cancelled automatically by our system and unfulfilled.
Free standard shipping is valid on US orders over $50, before tax and after discount. To offer a better shipping experience and rates to our customers, most orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Atlanta,Georgia.
RETURNS + REFUNDS + EXCHANGES

We are fully committed to providing quality products and while we endeavor to do all that we can with hopes you are always satisfied with your purchase, we understand unforeseen circumstances may require extra attention. 

If you have any issues with your order, to initiate a request, please contact our Customer Care team by emailing customercare@shoplondonorganics.com  within 3 days of delivery of your order. 

Please note that due to the nature of our products and the current public health crisis, to protect both our team, customers, and integrity of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, we are happy to resolve any issues and provide a replacement or refund for any damaged or lost item due to parcel.

In these instances, please retain the package  and immediately email a picture of the damaged item and order number for tracking verification to customercare@shoplondonorganics.com. Our customer care team will communicate with further instruction within 24hrs.

Upon receipt, refunds will be expeditiously processed to the original payment method same day and/or replacements will be shipped within 1-3 business days. 

Please note it can take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Feel free to reach out regarding any confirmations of refunds issued.

COVID-19 UPDATE:

Due to the current global pandemic Covid-19 and in efforts to keep our team and customers safe, we are currently not accepting returns during this time. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please reach out to us immediately at customercare@shoplondonorganics.com where we will evaluate the scenario and issue a replacement or refund on a case by case basis.
